The upstairs bathroom is complete with shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.
Each of the two bedrooms has exposed beams and a velux window with blackout blinds. One bedroom has a double bed and feature wall, the second has two single beds.

Very open and spacious with a large living and dining area. There is a feature stone wall, original oak beams and a tiled floor. English television and DVD player.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and generous cupboard space also with a radio/cd player.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with exposed beams and a velux window with blackout blinds. One bedroom has a double bed and feature window, the other has two single beds.
Each gite can be rented individually but, as they may be interlinked, they are ideal for booking together for the larger family or two families wanting to be close to each other, but in separate accommodation.
Garden
The large garden is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture for your use and is fully enclosed and safe. The pool terrace and play area can be easily viewed from the seating area. So you can relax in the knowledge that your children are happy and able to have the freedom of the garden and all the many toys available including a play area with a 12ft/370cm trampoline, swings, basket ball net, play house, sand-pit, balls, giant Jenga and ride on toys.
Swimming Pool
We have a fully enclosed and lockable terraced pool area furnished with sun loungers. With a depth of 1.2m the pool is ideal for both younger children and adults. Also, from June to September for use by over 16's there is a Hot Tub available-an excellent way to unwind.
Miniature Farm
Alongside the garden are the animal enclosures, where you can help to feed or watch our animals play and relax. We have two friendly mini goats Noisette and Tilly, four small Ouessant sheep (an endangered traditional species) and Toffee the rabbit with his guinea pig friends. We also have free range chickens, who happily lay eggs most days. Please note that due to the rural location of the property, gite visitors may experience some countryside noises.
